Mustafa Ali Set To Be Replaced For Sunday’s Elimination Chamber

Mustafa Ali is dealing with injury, and will be removed from the Elimination Chamber main event on 2/17 according to Fightful.com

Mustafa Ali has been dealing with tailbone issue, that he has been working through, but did get hurt again during the Royal Rumble.

Ali’s  injury was accelerated at last night’s WWE live event in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

According to Fightful, Ali has told WWE officials that he is able to work this Sunday’s event, but the WWE is reportedly not taking any chances, and is set to remove him from the Elimination Chamber match.

Ali also suffered a swollen eye at the hands of Randy Orton last week during Smackdown Live. The current plan is for the WWE to blame Randy Orton for the reason he cannot compete at this Sunday’s Elimination Chamber pay-per-view.

No word on who will replace Mustafa Ali this Sunday.
